About the Role:

Are you passionate about bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions? We are looking for a Business Analyst 3 (BA3) to contribute to various ITS-build projects focused on automating business processes and achieving strategic business goals. As a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure that business needs are accurately translated into system requirements, facilitating seamless implementations and effective user support.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate business requirements gathering sessions to capture and document needs.

• Create and document detailed business requirements and process flows.

• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable system specifications.

• Assist in creating UAT test cases and facilitate UAT testing activities.

• Review and develop user guides and job aids as needed to support system users.

• Provide ongoing user support and maintenance for implemented systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in facilitating business requirements gathering sessions.

• 4+ years of experience documenting and creating business requirements and process flows.

• 4+ years of experience translating business requirements into system requirements.

• 4+ years of experience assisting in UAT test case creation and facilitating testing activities.

• 4+ years of experience reviewing and creating user guides or job aids.

• 4+ years of experience providing ongoing user and maintenance support.

Location: Hybrid, Columbus, Ohio (2 days on-site per week)
