Must-Have:

• 10 years of experience working (modifying, creating, and developing) with UniVerse
• 10 years of experience working developing and testing code using PIC basic code
• 10 years of experience using UNIX.
• Strong ability to work independently or in a group project setting.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, tools and techniques, requirements analysis, and documentation.
• Strong ability to analyze data and information.
• Applicant must have excellent communications skills.
• The applicant must have prior experience with large scale projects that include financial applications, business process improvement or business transformation.
• The applicant must possess a thorough knowledge and understanding of agile methodology

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10 years of direct CUBS experience working (modifying, creating, and developing) with UniVerse
• 10 years of direct CUBS experience developing and testing code using PIC basic code
• Ideal candidates will have experience as both administrator and a developer of 10 years or more
• 5 years of experience upgrading CUBS software packages.
• Experience with Debt Collection terminology and Debt Collections processes
• Experience using UNIX
• Ideal candidates will have experience as both administrator and a developer
• Experience upgrading CUBS software packages

• Must work Eastern Time Zone office hours.
