About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Product Specialist 5 (UI Path Bot Developer). This role involves designing, testing, and deploying Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions and BOTs, particularly on the Microsoft Azure platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to drive automation initiatives, support user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and develop business cases to quantify automation benefits. This position requires managing multiple project streams, establishing best practices, and ensuring effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions to automate manual business processes.

• Maintain RPA environments, including software, bots, servers, dashboards, and applications, ensuring high availability and uptime.

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, assess feasibility, and define project scopes.

• Evaluate technology options and recommend solutions based on cost-effectiveness and organizational standards.

• Support UAT, technical feasibility testing, and process knowledge transfer to execution teams.

• Communicate identified risks and provide actionable mitigation strategies.

• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and respond to user help requests promptly.

• Develop business cases and dashboards to quantify benefits from automation.

• Establish and maintain standards and best practices for automation approaches, coding, documentation, and program management.

• Manage multiple project streams using Agile methodologies and process improvement frameworks like Lean.

• Lead large cross-functional teams and ensure proactive communication with platform owners and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

• 8+ years of experience developing and deploying RPA and BOT solutions.

• 8+ years of experience architecting enterprise RPA solutions.

• 5+ years of experience creating and administering BOTs on the Microsoft Azure platform.

• 5+ years of experience using AI techniques, such as OCR/ICR, Chatbots, Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, IPMonitor, and Dynatrace.

• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM suite.

• Knowledge of IBM Power, AIX, Linux, Apache, Tomcat, Oracle, and MS SQL.

• Exposure to IoT platforms (AWS, Google, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with other RPA tools like Blue Prism.

• Proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs.

• Knowledge of OCR data extraction processes.

• Microsoft Azure and UI Path certifications are highly desirable.
