About the Role:

Do you believe in delivering software solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and functionality?  We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist 4 (QAS 4) to take a senior-level role in overseeing the quality assurance and testing for Enterprise ServiceNow implementations. You will work with a team of testers to develop and execute test plans, automate testing workflows, and ensure quality processes align with Agile methodologies. This role involves maintaining test documentation, analyzing business requirements, and supporting UAT to deliver robust ITSM and CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all quality assurance and testing efforts for ServiceNow implementations.

• Develop and execute detailed test plans to validate system performance and functionality.

• Create, implement, and manage quality assurance processes and procedures.

• Maintain comprehensive test documentation to ensure traceability and future reference.

• Automate testing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Analyze and validate business requirements to align with technical solutions.

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by identifying and resolving defects.

• Collaborate with Agile teams to integrate QA practices into the development lifecycle.

• Identify potential risks during testing and propose actionable mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow testing, specifically with ITSM and CRM applications.

• 5+ years of experience in Agile software development environments.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Test Management and Automated Test Framework.

• Proven ability to analyze business requirements and support UAT.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.

Desired Skills

• ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.

Location: Hybrid, Columbus, Ohio (2 days on-site per week; subject to change)
